During the summer time it’s easy for children to get restless, and you may have run out of fun ideas. This month, the Miller Outdoor Theatre has you covered!
Bring your whole family to the theatre next week for the upcoming Children’s Hilltop Festival and enjoy four days of great performances. This annual event will take place from July 21, 2015 through July 24, 2015.
The Miller Outdoor Theatre is located in the Museum District and is provided by the city of Houston for the cultural enrichment of our community and the visitors to our city. There are a number of shows and events at the Miller theatre throughout the year ranging from Shakespeare plays to kid’s shows.
This year’s festival is scheduled as follows, with all shows starting at 11 a.m.:
- Tuesday, July 21st – Our Feet Can Tell a Story
- Wednesday, July 22nd – Frida’s Fiesta
- Thursday, July 23rd – My BFF, the Dragon
- Friday, July 24th – Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves
The performances feature live actors who work tirelessly in order to provide great shows for the kids. The Children’s Hilltop Festival is free to the public so pack a lunch and bring your family out for some fresh air, sunshine and exciting entertainment!
